UT Legislative Assembly Speaker here on Monday Khader said his office will take up the call for disqualification of Vinay Kulkarni as Dharwad MLA only after he “officially receives notice” of the life sentence.
A special court dealing exclusively with criminal cases against former and sitting MPs and MLAs in Bengaluru on 15 April sentenced Kulkarni and 16 others to life imprisonment for the murder of BJP leader Yogesh Goudar in Dharwad on 15 June 2016.
