John Campbell is scripting history versus India, eclipsing Chris Gayle and Powell with a 65-ball century

(PTI Photo) West Indies opener John Campbell hit a century off 65 balls in the second ODI against India at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on Wednesday, giving his team a good start as they look to level the three-match series.West Indies lost the first ODI by eight wickets, but Campbell’s innings put them in a strong position at the start of the second game while batting first.The left-handed batsman reached his century in the 17th over with India’s lone spinner Kuldeep Yadav, who was an outstanding bowler in the first ODI. Campbell hit nine fours and five sixes on his way to the milestone.His century was West Indies’ fastest against India in ODIs.
