The TELANGANA High Court was directed by Secretary Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) R. Dedraj and CEO Suneel Bose Kante to personally appear on Friday at 10:30 in contempt for court proceedings.
Justice Nagesh Bheemapak of HC, admitting the contempt for court cases given by Ganjam Decor Services, stating that HCA intentionally disobeyed the orders approved by the HC to pay 18.88 Lakh, issued by the Form-I announcement of the HCA wearers’ office. The judge stated that their personal appearance could be issued if the approved HC order has been observed to release the amount to the petitioner.
The petitioner filed a contempt for court proceedings, stating that on 18 October 2024 he ordered HC HCA to release 18.88 ₹ Lakh. The petitioner, who pointed out that the HCA order has not yet been observed, moved the court to initiate contempt for court proceedings against him.
