Their 50-plus stand against Chennai Super Kings marked their 19th such partnership in just 40 innings, the most by an Indian pair in the history of the tournament.This surpassed the previous record of 18 held by Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan, who needed 54 innings to reach the mark.Their latest effort came in a tough chase in Chepauk where Gujarat Titans secured a comfortable eight-wicket victory over Chennai Super Kings.
