The Minister of Information Technologies by the Balanice Thiago Rajan said on Tuesday that the performance of Tamil Nadu in industrial development was not aggressive as in other southern countries.
“Although Tamil Nadu has been doing well in other parameters such as social development, social justice and social justice over the past 20 to 30 years, his performance in industrial development is not aggressive as in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana,” he said after the logo and vision of the document “Pudurai,” 2035, “2035,” “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035, “2035,” 2035.
According to him, although Tamil set the scale for other aspects, it lagged far behind in urban politics and urban planning.
Note that the plans of urbanization come up with their own merits and shortcomings, Mr. Rajan said he was always harmonious about the criticism of the Smart Cities project and condemned many of his plans.
“Similarly, the meaning of Madurai did not follow step with other places such as Coimbatore, Tiruchi, among other things, which grew faster,” he said. Perhaps these districts were not faster in growth, but they were aggressive about marketing themselves and Madurai was not as open as others.
“Although the current government has tried several ways to withdraw projects by taking many remedial measures, many of them, such as periyar bus stands, and the ELCOT buildings could not be open because the government did not bother to obtain environmental permits and approval of construction plan,” he noted.
According to him, many plans were poorly conceived within the intelligent city project. He told the project in his election district, which included exploitation of blocks of filves on the Chithirai streets around the temple and replaced them with four -inch granite stones.
Mr. Rajan called it as “Hyper-Utomicity”, he said, “The replacement caused the road to be uneven, for pedestrians was hot.”
The minister said that even though the government has a good vision, he usually implements them forever. One such plan was to move Madurai prison, which, as Minister of Finance (formerly), thought it could be done in one and a half years. But after hitting several roadblocks and only after four years was the land to build a new prison, he added.
“Another thing of the Minister of Finance I did was to bring Madurai Madurai, and the good thing is that we have a detailed report on the project (DPR), but because of the inconsistencies in planning and financing it took more time to expect,” he said.
The role of industrial and merchants and associations was equally important in place, where the government is necessary because it controls key resources, and the associations were equally important.
In the commentary on vision documents published during the event, he said that such a remarkable plan for Madurai prepared CII is unlikely to be prepared with such details and standard bureaucrats.
C. Devarajan, Vice -President of CII Tamil Nadu, said Madurai, who included a long and rich history that had the ability to turn into a global city.
“The vision document similar to news from other districts is to bring a change in the city if all of its people contribute the same contribution,” he added.
