
West Indies suffered a big blow before the series against India because Pacer Shamar Joseph was expelled from a series of two matches on Friday 26th September due to injury. Shamar was replaced by Johann Layn in the line -up, who is versatile.
26 -year -old Pacer was expected to be one of the main pitching for West India In India during the test series, which will begin on October 2 in Ahmedabad. Shamar was in an incredible form in the tests and picked up 22 goals from the three matches he played this year and found himself among the top five goals in the format.
Shamar will be re -evaluated in front of the Bangladesh series, which will begin on October 18 and consists of three ODI and T20is.

Layne has so far played 19 first -class games in her career. During this time, he scored 495 runs in 32 shifts with the name of his name. His return with the ball, however, makes him a valuable option for West Indies during the series.
In her first -class career, Layne raised 66 goals with four five goals.
The series against India will be played by Ahmedabad and Delhi, with the second test starting on October 10. India announced a strong group for seriesS as Karun Nair, Abhimanyu Easwaren disappeared and Axar Patel and Devdutt Padikkal come to the mix.
