He also explained that his manager surprised him with another rating despite his short time in society. “Right now it’s the time of rating in the company and my manager suddenly reached out and informed me that I would receive a hike, even though I wouldn’t be officially eligible. I don’t know if it’s a market correction or what (in this economy?) But hey I’m not doubtful.
