England Captain Ben Stokes cleaned air regarding the Hanchester Test Handshake before the last match of the series. Stokes was on Wednesday’s drama in the five day of the Manchester test when he decided to offer Handshake Ravindra Jadej and Washington Sundar and called on to the early end of the match.
Jadeja and Sundar, who withdrew the miraculous rescue act, head for their hundreds and decided to refuse an offer from Stokes and Bat. England Captain was not happy at that moment and even asked Jadej, “if he wants to record a hundred against Harry Brook.”
Most scientists and fans killed England and Stokes for what happened in the last moments of the match. England Captain approached the media on the eve of the oval test and talked about controversy.
The English captain said it was understandable why Jadeja and Sundar wanted to get into the centuries. Stokes said that England has moved from the incident and hopes India will also do the same.
“Jadeja and Washington played really well to get the game to this point, and it is understandable why they wanted centuries. We moved on and hoped India would move from these twenty minutes,” Stokes said at a press conference.
