Click ? The icon goes to the bottom of the screen and click ‘here‘
The notification will be displayed, read carefully and click ‘continue‘
Read the terms and conditions and click ‘Next‘Agree with them
Log in with your Samsung account (or select jump over)
Set the time zone according to your region
Samsung will also ask you to set up a PIN for restoring or backing up your data
