The ball sailed over the ropes and could not be retrieved, forcing the fourth umpire to bring on a substitute.Just five deliveries later, on the 16th ball, Khurram Shahzad bowled another short delivery that Naeem dispatched over deep mid-wicket for a six. The ball was again lost out of bounds, prompting another substitution.
