President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelsky said on Thursday that he discussed security guarantees for Ukraine with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and expects the framework to be set next week.
“We discussed our diplomatic efforts to stop killing, ending this unprovoked Russian aggression and guaranteeing real security for our people,” he wrote Ze Zrsula von der Leyen about x after interviews with President of the European Commission.

Green was quoted by Kiev Independent, saying, “National Security Advisors are now working on every particular component and the entire framework will be on paper next week.”

Russia starts the second largest strike

Volodymyr Zelsky said that the strike, the second largest attack since Russia launched an invasion in February 2022, Moscow was the answer to diplomatic efforts to end the war.
He said that the strikes also damaged the Turkish enterprise and Azerbaijan Embassy.

The strikes took place less than two weeks after Trump hosted Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Summit at Alaska, the US President’s meeting hoped to strengthen his peace efforts.

EU chief Ursula von der Leyen told reporters in Brussels that two missiles hit the EU office within 20 seconds apart.
She added that EU countries will soon come up with a 19th package against Russia and developed work on how to use frozen Russian assets to help Ukraine.
