President Vizianagaram Zilla Powra Vedik Bhisetti Babji, great grandson of Venkateswar Prasad Auditorium in a free space adjacent to the Gujada house in Vizianagarama.
On Sunday, Mr. Babja addressed the media that the construction of the auditorium would be a great tribute to the poet, whose anniversary of birth will be celebrated on September 21, 2025.
He thanked Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for mentioning Gujad House and his development at a meeting in Visakhapatnam on Saturday, while quoting a Hindu news report published on August 24, with the title “Renovation of the poet Gurajad House.”
Mr. Babji asked the Minister for Tourism and Culture Kandula Durgesh to take steps to pay the fee to Mr. Venekateswar Prasad, who has not received a payment in the last six months.
