The lack of facilities in the government medical university hospital, Kozhikode, is an example that the crisis is facing government hospitals throughout the state, said the Secretary General of the state of the Indian Union Muslim League PMA Salam.
After the start of the protest meeting organized by the party outside the hospital on Tuesday, he spoke to the media. Mr. Salam claimed that the suffering of patients had been here many more than what their counterparts in other government hospitals faced.
“There are no drugs. The government still has to clear the fees that are worth preventing drug distributors and surgical facilities. Some of these companies stop the offer,” he said. Poor patients were forced to wait months for emergency surgery. They were forced to depend on private hospitals, which would cause rape. “The government intentionally seeks to help private hospitals. A new block for surgery supersperanty and emergency care had to be temporarily closed after the fire.
