Four killed by lightning in separate incidents in Palnadu district

Four people, including two women, died after being struck by lightning in separate incidents in Palnadu district on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Talapaneni Nagamma, Mekala Venkayamma, Majjiga Chinna Koteswara Rao and Derangula Venkataiah.

The incidents took place in Pitlurivaaripalem, Palapadu, Mopinivaaripalem and Lakshmipuram villages in Narasaraopet mandal.

CM condoles the death

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed shock at the deaths and offered condolences to the bereaved families. He assured them of all possible help from the government.
