Former Judge of the High Court in Karnataka PN Desai submitted his probe a six -discounted report to the alleged Mysur development office (MUDA) ground fraud to the main secretary Shalini Rajneesh 31 July.
After accusing the involvement of the main Minister of Karnatak Siddaramaiaha and his wife Parvati’s state government, in July 2024, headed by Mr. Desaim, to explore the accusation.

On the eve of the opening of the monsoon meeting of the State Legislative Corps in July 2024, the order to the Commission’s Constitution came to the Commission and led to great noise during the meeting. The Commission was awarded for six months to complete the probe and submit its report to the Government of Karnataka. The Commission submitted its report after a year.
BJP and JD (s) claimed that the wife of Chief Minister Siddaramaah’s parvati was illegally assigned 14 alternative places for 3.16 acres of land acquired by Muda.
On 7 March, the Karnataka High Court annulled alleged money laundering proceedings against Mrs. Parvati and the Minister of Development of Byrathi Suresh by the Directorate for enforcement (ED) in connection with the alleged illegal allocation of localities by the Municipal Mouse Development Office (Muda).
In April, the High Court in Carnation allowed the Directorate for enforcement (ED) to continue its investigation by all persons, whether accused or not, in the case of MUD. ED has been temporarily connected by almost 100 immovable properties in connection with the alleged fraud of Muda. The connection was made 9 June 2025 on the basis of the provisions of the Money Laundry Act (PMLA), 2002.
On July 21st, the Supreme Court warned the Directorate for Recovery (ED) on the “used” to fight “political battles”, even though he dismissed the appeal filed by the Central Agency against the Supreme Court’s decision in Karnataka in connection with the assignment of the MUDA pages.
The statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Office said the verdict was “a significant slap on the face of Vendetta’s central government”.
