1300 families moved to relief camps
In connection with heavy rainfall and devastating floods, a total of 1,300 families were moved to the embossed camps in the Tripura, and the security forces evacuated stuck people in Imphal.

In the next incident associated with heavy rains, two other people in land landslide were killed in the lower district of Subansiri, which contributed to the tragedy that took place throughout the state.

In Sikki, one person was killed, two injured and eight others disappeared when on Thursday a vehicle in which 11 tourists traveled to the Teesta River in Mangan District.
Tourists stuck in Sikkim
Continuous rainfall across the northeast states led not only to deaths, but also had up to 1,500 tourists stuck in different parts of northern Sikkim on Saturday.

The swelling of the Teesta River damaged the key infrastructure in the region, while the bamboo bridge Sanalang – a critical connection with the Dzong constituents – was involved. Meanwhile, the Phidang Bailey bridge, connecting the manganese to Chunghang, suffered damage to the base.
Train Services Hit
The difficult weather conditions were disrupted by the train services in the region.
The northeast border railway spokesman said that Pullabcherra – Silcharský, was canceled on the day due to continuous heavy rainfall and water overflowing on the tracks in the Baraigram – Dullabcherra section.

Farmers recommended to postpone sowing crops
In the Tripura, farmers were advised to postpone sowing crops such as rice, Maise and Juta, and avoid working in the fields during storms.

IMD predicts multiple showers for northeast
IMD predicted isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall across the northeastern states in the next seven days, with severe rainfall for the next five days.
