
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday accused the main election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of the protection of those who “destroyed democracy” and quoted data from the election district of the Assembly in Karnataka to claim that the voices of Congress supporters were systematically removed before the elections.

After submitting and reviewing Form 7, the voting panel issues the voter notification and sets the date, time and place of hearing.
The official at the stand level visits the address of the voter to check whether the voter still lives, died, or whether the record is duplicate.
The applicant who was looking for deletion, the voter whose name is asked are the right to be heard. EC officials may apply for documents before the decision, require a personal appearance and even record a statement under the oath.
ERO rejects or receives an application
Finally, the vote panel, ERO or an official for registration of electoral registration in this case, issues an order either to refuse or accept the application. Deleted voters will not be reflected in the next voters.
