
Directorate for enforcement of law (ed) on Monday carries an air raid in the TMC house Mla Jiban Krishna Saha in West Bengal‘The district with Murshidabad said in his investigation of alleged discrepancies in the recruitment of PTI school teachers that he quoted a higher official.
When the legislature learned of the raid, he allegedly tried to escape from his house by scalping the border wall of the space, he said.

“The MLA was persecuted and caught by our officers in a nearby area. Now our officers are interrogating him,” said Ed PTI officer.
Based on information on the monetary transaction by a man from the Birbhum district in connection with the scam on the recruitment of school teachers, a raid was carried out, he said.
“The individual from the Birbhum district was accompanied by the ED team to the Saha house this morning,” the officer said.
Previously, the central investigative agency questioned Jiban Krishny’s wife in relation to the alleged fraud of the school recruitment.

Saha was arrested in April 2023 for his alleged involvement in the case and in May this year a bail was awarded.
The ED washing case is based on a CBI company, which has been instruction to the Calcalit Court to investigate alleged discrepancies in recruitment of the “C” and “D” employees, assistants for class 9 to 12 and primary school teachers.
In connection with the case of ED, the former Minister of Education in the West Bengali Partha Chatterjee, including his alleged collaborator Arpit Mukherjee, TMC MLA and former President of the West Bengal Council for Primary Manik Bhattacharya.
After his arrest, Chatterjee was suspended from TMC.
So far, ED has filed four fees in this case.
