The death toll rose to 10 as 35-year-old watchman Manjunath was killed after debris from a neighboring building fell on his house in Chamarajpet late on Wednesday night during heavy rain.
Seven people died in the wall collapse tragedy at Bowring Hospital and two died of electrocution, one each at Bannerghatta Road and Shivajinagar, taking the death toll to nine. This increased to 10 after Manjunath’s death.
