The shooter launched fire at a field office for immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) in Dallas from a nearby roof on Wednesday, killed one detained and seriously injured two others.
The shooter, who later took his own life, wrote “anti-LED” on unused bullets, as stated by Reuters.
Director FBI Kash Patel has published a photo of X of what he said was unused ammunition of the suspect, showing a cloak of one round with the word “anti-dedication” phrase along the side.

“While the investigation is underway, the initial overview of the evidence shows the ideological motive of this attack,” Patel wrote. US Security Minister Kristi Noem later said in an interview with Fox News that the shooter “aimed at ICE,” based on “so far in this case”.
US President Donald Trump quickly politicized the incident on his social platform of truth and accused the “radical left democrats” of the evoking violence against ice “constantly demonizing law, calling for ice and comparing ice officers with the Nazis”.
Trump referred to the recent assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk and said that “radical terrorists left” represent a “serious threat” for enforcement and “must be stopped”.

Trump added that this week he would sign an executive order to “analyze these domestic terrorist networks”, although no evidence supported the idea that left -wing political violence represents more threats than right law violence.
The Ministry of Internal Security said in a statement statement in Texas that the suspect fired in the ice facility “indiscriminately”, including a delivery in the secure entry of the building where the victims were shot. DHS said one detained was killed and two others were in critical condition.
Officials did not disclose the identity of the victims.
Noem later appeared on Fox and confirmed the news from the media that the suspect shooter was identified as Joshua Jahn, 29. She said he fired from a nearby roof into the building.

Dallas-Area KdFW showed that the police video was explored by a black sedan parked under a three-storey office building from where the shots were fired. The American map was visible, inserted into the exterior of the car on its back of the passenger, with parts of the map shaded and the message indicating the darkened area as the zones of “nuclear radiation”.
Jahn’s older brother Noah spoke to the Reuters reporter earlier on the day when the name Joshua Jahn began to circulate online.
Noah Jahn, 30, said he wasn’t aware that his brother had any negative feelings about the ice.

“I didn’t know he had no political intention at all,” said an older brother who lives in McKinney, Texas, about 30 million north of Dallas, as well as his sibling.
Dallas shooting came two weeks after Kirk, a co -founder of a conservative student political group of US turnover and a close ally Trump, was shot by a sniper during a speaking event on September 10 in Orem, Utah.
Kirk’s murder has launched a fiery political accusation and deepened concerns about the critics of Trump that the Republican President would use this killing to justify further forbidding his perceived opponents.
The 22 -year -old technical university student from Utah was charged with murder in the assassination of Kirk, although the authorities did not propose the exact motive of the attack.
