District consumer disputes for the axle of the Plála Pla – Fine 1 Lakh Fine for rejection of the person from Edavann in the district.
The Commission ordered the insurance company to pay Mulangadan Mohammed Rafi £ 2,26,269, including £ 1 lakh fines.
Mr. Rafi turned to the commission after his claim was rejected after treatment in a private hospital in Manjeri. The insurance company claimed that Mr. Rafi hid his illness when he joined the insurance contract. He also claimed that he did not provide his healing documents.
However, the insurance company did not show its arguments before the committee. According to the Commission, the insurance company failed to service.
This ordered the insurance company to pay Mr. Rafi’s cost of 126 269 GBP and 1 lakh 1 lakh. If it is not paid within a month, the interest rate will be collected from the insurance company.
