The Political Affairs Committee (PAC) of the KERAL PRADESH (KPCC) Congress Committee allegedly achieved a consensus on the appointment of KPCC General Secretary on Monday.
However, the congress initiate said that the general agreement on the appointment of the District Congress Committee (DCC)-the level of the bearers and the main presidents of DCC reportedly escaped PAC.
In addition, he said that some PAC members demanded that the party follow strict hierarchical standards and elevate members to the level of the General of KPCC.
“The leaders could feel handed over to the post of general secretary KPCC, if those who did not serve the parties in the post of Minister KPCC are promoted in rank and file,” he added.
PAC also allegedly focused on setting up the party’s reorganization by bringing the right weight to the community, caste and age, rather than fractional interests, and to turn KPCC into a wider platform for different social groups before the elections of local authorities and elections by 2026.
PAC also decided to intensify its agitation against the government regarding the alleged theft of valuable items for private use and profit from the Sabarimal Ayyapp temple.
The KPCC will organize four “Mekhala Jathas” throughout the State, so that the government for a defensive controversy and also seek to require the requirement of Minister Devaswom VN Vasavan and Travancore Devaswom PSANTH.
The campaign will culminate “Maha Sammelanam” in Pandalam.
