The CM Council came when the leaders of various back -class associations (BC), led by the National President of the BC Welfare Association R. Krishnaiah, met with the main minister on Friday to express their gratitude for the Terlangana Cabinet.
The delegation, which included the chairman of Telangana Mineral Development Corporation Eravatri Anil and several other leaders of the BC Association, praised the historical step of the government of the congress and described it as the main step to ensure social justice and political authorization of BC communities in the state.
During the Revant Reddy meeting, the leader assured that the reservation policy was framed after scientific and data studies and created a reserved commission in accordance with the Supreme Court’s instructions. He expressed the certainty that the reservation would resist any legal control.
“Although the decision is attacked in court, the government is ready to involve the best legal experts to prevent it,” said the main minister.
Mr. R. Krishnaiah suggested that the objections to the High Court and the Supreme Court should be filed to precede the residence orders and to protect the government step from the stopping of legal obstacles. He said that the BC association will not save political parties that would try to undermine the decision to blame the government or for their political advantage.
CM also warned BC leaders to remain vigilant, and emphasized that some political parties or individuals relating to them could try to undermine the efforts of congress by questioning policy in courts.
After an hour’s meeting with CM, Mr. Krishnaiah told Hinda that BC communities were convinced that reservations would be reality because the government had a research scientifically and also approved the bill in the Assembly.
