The Hyderabad Engineering Company AZAD Engineering has launched in its center of Excellency and Innovation in Tuninibollaram IP here to meet capacity obligations to Siemens energy.
It will serve and promote the supply of high-treated and complex rotating and stationary profiles, critical components, sub-session and assembly for advanced gas, as well as industrial and thermal energy turbine engines.
The facility currently employs 150 direct qualified experts, a number that will increase to 230 this year, said AZAD after inauguration, attended by its chairman and CEO of Rrakesh Chopdar, as well as Siemens Energy managers, including Andreas Schmidt, GS Central.
Production facilities are the development of cooperation between AZAD and Siemens Energy, which began in 2012 by supplying highly critical rotating profiles for profiles for only two phases of SGT 400 machines. Over the 12 years, AZAD has undergone extensive qualifications and technological progress to become a trustworthy partner of Siemens Energy. It is an integral part of the global strategy of the supply chain.
Mr Schmidt describes cooperation as a perfect fit and said: “The global energy market is growing, which means that the basic line for our joint business is our common growth and better than ever.
The cooperation and opening of the device “reflects a shared commitment to engineering perfection and innovation,” said Mr. Chopdar.
