
Star Indian Steeplechaser Avinash Sable is out for 1-2 weeks after the ugly fall during Monaco Diamond League. 11th July Sable caused a big blow to participate in the competition, which forced him to leave the race.
Coach Avinash Sable, Amrish Kumar, said PTI in an interview that Sable’s injuries were smaller and that he would return on the track at no time. The Asian Games Master and the National Record holder of Sable failed to complete the event of the Steeplechasese 3000m Steeplechase men on Friday when he fell during the water jump at the beginning of the race. When he left the race, he saw his lower thigh area just on the back of the knee.
“Sable suffered a minor injury around his knee. He will relax and should be fine in one or two weeks to the maximum. There is not much worry,” said Kumar, who is with the Army Sports Institute in Pune.
“He (Sable) tried to protect the runners from who just jumped over the water barrier. While he did, he fell – these things happen in the race,” he added.
The athlete lost his balance before him and dropped down, which also caused Sable to trip over.

Avinash Sable focuses on the World Athletics Championship in Tokyo. Sable recently shook the annoying injury of the calf and hoped to return in the current season. The gold medalist of the Asian Games of Asian games has constantly rebuilt his condition and divided her time between height height training in OOTA and intensive training at the Sports Office of the Indian South Center in Bengalur. On Friday, the Ministry of Sport approved Sable’s training in Colorado Springs, USA from July 15 to September 3rd to prepare for the World Championship (September 13 – 21) in Tokyo, for which he has already qualified.
