All India Majlis-E-Ithadul Muslimeen President Assaduddin Owaisi addressing the public gathering in Parbhani in Maharashtra, June 30, 2025.
On Sunday (June 29, 2025), Majlis-E-Lithhehadul Muslimeen (Aimim) accused all of India and MP Hyderabad Assaduddin Owaisi on Sunday (June 29, 2025) that they focused only on the issue of illegal emigration from Bangladesh.
Mr. Owaisi, who addressed the public assembly in Mahari Parbhani, said the Union’s government was overlooked by the significant geopolitical development along the eastern border of India, in particular the growing defense cooperation between Bangladesh and Pakistan, as well as reports on the Chinese air base, which was built near the Bangladeshi border.
“He still talks about Bangladeshi people who are illegally settling in India. “Instead of talking about the development of Parbhani, creating jobs, improving health care or solving recent cases of murder, this government is busy by dividing people into religious lines, incitement of riots and mosques.
Owaisi, challenged the reaction of the Ministry of the Interior of the Union and the security system for regional developments, asked: “What are the Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah, news agency and BSF in response to real strategic threats from the borders?”
He argued that the temporary government led by Muhammad Yunus in Dhace intensified military ties with Islamabad, including common naval exercises and diplomatic reach. “If the war breaks out, it will fight on three fronts,” Mr. Owaisi said with reference to the potential combined threat of Pakistan, China and Bangladesh. “Yet BJP leaders continue to harp illegal immigration without dealing with these growing regional risks.”
A line of language policy
Mr. Owaisi also criticized the government of Maharashtra for a recent controversy about the now intelligence policy of three languages in schools. He said that the main Minister Devendra Fadnavis was forced to cancel two government resolutions that proposed that Hindi be a compulsory third language, according to the resistance of the pro-marathi groups.
He said: “Indian identity is based on its plurality, culture and thoughts, repetition of its party’s support for language diversity.

“We love our languages and we will continue to protect the multicolored identity of this country,” he added.
Support for agitation quota marathha
Mr. Owaisi has expanded support to the activist Marath Manoj Jarange, and said that the campaign of the Maratha community in the category of other back -class (OVC) reflects the greater demand for social justice.
“This is a question of justice and equality,” he said. “We support every movement that seeks to ensure justice for disadvantaged groups.”
Mr. Owaisi’s remarks come in the middle of increased political activities in the Mahari before the elections in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), where the attention of language, identity and reservation came to the center of attention.
