Asian Games 2026 Day 5 Live Updates: India added two more medals to its Asian Games 2026 tally on Day 6 as Satnam Singh and Salman Khan secured bronze in the men’s double sculls, finishing third in 6:13.25 after a close battle with Uzbekistan. Roshibina Devi then claimed silver in the women’s 60kg wushu after losing 0-2 to China’s Zhang Xiaoyu in the gold medal match, securing her third consecutive Asian Games medal.

India’s 2026 Asian Games campaign continues on Thursday, September 24, when athletes compete in multiple sports in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

India will have medal opportunities on day five in rowing, wushu, shooting, canoe sprint, swimming and athletics.

The day starts with rowing where Balraj Panwar will compete in the men’s double jump A final at 5:10 am IST. Satnam Singh and Salman Khan will then be in action in the men’s double sculls A final. India will also compete in the medal events of women’s quad, men’s lightweight and men’s quad.
