“#Traveladvisory Rain and thunderstorms can disrupt the flights to/from Delhi tonight,” Air India said in a social media post on the X platform.
Airlines suggested that their passengers check the status of years before going to the airport on Wednesday evening. They also recommended that, at all, passengers who commute “allow more time” to the road.
“Before you go to the airport, please check your status of years and keep your way on the road,” they said.

The low -cost carrier Giant Indigo also issued travel consultancy and reported the passengers that their current flight plans were influenced by heavy rain and thunderstorms swept through Delhi NCR, Chandigarh and Kolkata.
“Our flight plans are currently influenced due to heavy rains and storms swept through Delhi, Chandigarh and Kolkata. Even if we always try to work according to the schedule, you hope you understand that the weather disruption is out of our control,” Indigo said in his official consultancy shared on X platform.
“We recommend checking the status of your flight on our website or application before you go out. Also, please allow you to commute, because water and slowly moving traffic can affect ENROUTEAIRPORT road travel,” the airline operator said.
