
Mohammed Shami and Hasin Jahan New Delhi: The High Court in Calcutta ordered the Indian cricket Mohammed Shami to pay the monthly maintenance RS 4 Lakh to his stolen wife Hasin Jahan and their daughter Aaira – RS 1.5 Lakh Jahan and RS 2.5 Lakh. The amount will be calculated retrospectively in the last seven years. The case, which was submitted under the protection of women from the Domestic Violence Act, was instructed to be destroyed by the lower court within six months.The order approved by Judge Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee came to Jahan’s appeal against the decision of the District Court 2023, which granted her 50,000 RS and their daughter 80,000 RS per month.

The court also explained that Shami could freely voluntarily contribute to the educational or other reasonable expenditure of his daughter over the required amount.After the court’s decision, Hasin Jahan took on Instagram on Friday and published a report that began “I love you so much Jaan” before she started the sharp criticism of Shami, called him “greedy” and “significant”.Jahan also issued a strong statement criticizing Shami’s behavior and attitude and said:“The person with incorrect thinking that has a crime in their minds and pushes their own family, wife and children to trouble … These people get arrogance and attitude. They do not realize what they are doing or why. Pride is completely consumed right now.She also claimed that Shami tried to contact her or her daughter:“Last time he met our daughter, he was just because of fear of Hon’ble Justice Tirthankar Ghosh.”Justice Mukherjee stated in his decision:“In my opinion, the amount of 1 50,000 per month to the petitioners No. 1 (wife) and 2,50,000 RS would be just fair and proportionate to ensure financial stability for both petitioners until the main application was liquidated.”He also stressed that Shami remains free to provide further voluntary support to his daughter.
