Air India canceled its flight from Singapore to Chennai on Sunday (August 3, 2025) due to a technical problem.
Flight AI349 was to be operated with Airbus A321.
In a statement on Sunday (August 3, 2025), the airline stated that the flight AI349, which is to be scheduled to operate from Singapore to Chennai, was canceled due to maintenance set before departure, which required another time to repair.
“The arrangement is regulated for flying passengers to Chennai first. Accommodation in the hotel is provided and passengers are also offered full compensation for cancellation, or additional supplementary is also provided based on their preferences,” said Air India.
According to the airline, ground colleagues in Singapore spend all possible efforts to minimize the inconvenience caused by passengers because of this unforeseen disturbance.
In recent days, some Air India aircraft have faced technical snarses.
