On Friday, the Rajanna Scircilla District Police triggered a preventive detention Act against Rowdy-Shoeter B. Manoi, accused in several cases, including the murder of a woman reported at the Chandurthi Police Station.
According to the police, a noisy sheet against Manoj was opened in 2024. He is accused of murdering a woman over land dispute in 2023.
The PD law was called against Manoji by the authorities after noticing that his “crime” was a threat to maintain public order, the police said. He was detained on Friday by law.
He was then moved to Cherlapalli’s central prison in Hyderabad by a police team headed by the Chandurthi Circle Inspector Police of the Venkateshwarl.
