The international organization representing 150,000 pilots in 70 countries called on the public to avoid speculation due to the Air India accident, which occurred on June 12, emphasized the importance of allowing an ongoing investigation.
This comes days after the Air accident investigation office (AAIB) submitted its preliminary findings on the Boeing 787 crash in Ahmedabad, in which 260 people died.
“Although this preliminary report on the part of the nature itself raises many questions, it does not provide answers and any extrapolation of its content can only be considered as estimates, which is not useful for good investigation behavior,” Montreal non -profit international federation of the Airline Association said in a press statement. She raised news about the media and commentary on social media as “hurrying”.
“The preliminary report is only a means of communication used to quickly disseminate data obtained in the early stages of the investigation and contains only factual information and a hint of investigation,” he added.
In the middle of the pilot bodies that allowed them to status the observer during the ongoing probe, IFalpa said it was “determined” to support AAIB.
