All invitees attending the Chief Minister’s swearing-in ceremony at the Glass House in Lok Bhavan on June 3 have been asked to be seated at the venue by 2 pm, two hours before the event begins.

An advisory issued by the authorities said that only individuals who have valid invitations will be allowed to enter the Lok Bhavan. Each pass is valid for one person and is non-transferable.

To ensure smooth movement and security check, visitors have to enter Lok Bhavan through Gopalagowda Circle via Police Thimmaiah Circle. Uninvited vehicles will not be allowed to cross the Gopalagowda circle, while entry beyond the Thimmaiah circle will be restricted to vehicles with valid car passes.

Officials warned invitees against abusing the passes under any circumstances. Any unauthorized use or misuse of invitations will require legal action.

The swearing-in ceremony is expected to attract a large number of dignitaries, VVIPs and invited guests, necessitating elaborate security and traffic arrangements around the Lok Bhavan and adjoining areas.
