Starbucks finally made his famous official “secret menu”! From today, July 14, everyone with Starbucks can find these special drinks under the “menus” card. No additional guessing or complicated orders, the application automatically adds all customization when you select drinks as:
- Cookies above (vanilla Cold Brew with crumbs cookies)
- Dragonfruit Glow-up (mixed mango drink with peach foam)
- Lemon, tea and pearls (tea with raspberry bubbles)
- Just add a white mooch (oat espresso with sweet foam). This step was inspired by the popular Instagram pages, where fans have shared thousands of handyman recipes over the years.
Competition 30 000 $ for the inventors of the drink
Starbucks also launches the “Secret Menus Contest”, where customers and employees can present their own creations by July 20.
Four finalists win every $ 5,000 and see their drinks listed in the application 18.-25. August. Then the fans vote on Instagram and the winner of the Grand Prix will receive another $ 25,000, a total of $ 30,000 in prices!
The past fans such as “Pink Drink” and “Medicine Ball” eventually became the official menu items, showing that Starbucks listened to customers.
For more than ten years, the secret menu drinks will be expanded through Tiktok and Instagram accounts as @Therealstarbuckssecretmenu.
Barists often fought during busy hours when customers ordered these outside-menu creations, causing confusion.
Now the application will solve this automatically by inclusion of all edits – just click and order. Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol focused on digital comfort and recently simplified offers and added customization options.
