MUDA fraud revolves around alleged inconsistencies in the allocation of compensation points. The core of the controversy is the 3.2-Acre land, which in 2010 was gifted to the wife of CM Siddaramaiah Parvathi, her brother Mallikarjunaswamy.
After obtaining the Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda), Parvathi was looking for compensation and then assigned 14 land. These graphs are reported to have more valuable than the original part of the country.
Opposition parties claimed that the total value of fraud might potentially fall within the range £3,000 crore to £4,000 crore.
