OFFICIAL RULES
Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Void where prohibited.
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.
- Employees, officers, directors, their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings), and those living in the same household of MyFitnessPal, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and POM Wonderful LLC (“Promotional Partner”) are not eligible.
- Eligible participants are referred to as “Participant(s)” or “you.”
- By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
- The Sweepstakes begins on June 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM CT and ends on July 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”).
- Entries must be received and recorded during the Entry Period.
- Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.
3. HOW TO ENTER
- Method 1: Log into your Instagram account, follow @myfitnesspal and @pomwonderful, like the Sweepstakes post published by @MyFitnessPal, and tag two (2) friends in the comments.
- If you’re not already an Instagram member, sign up (free) and agree to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- Method 2: Email marketing@myfitnesspal.com with your full name and email address to enter without following, liking, or tagging.
- Limit: One (1) entry per person. Entries via both methods are not allowed.
- Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant violating these Official Rules.
- Qualified entries (collectively, “Qualified Entries”) will be pooled, and the winner selected from this pool.
4. DRAWING
- Within 30 days of the Entry Period’s end, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) winner (the “Winner”) from the Qualified Entries.
- If a Winner is disqualified or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner (the “Alternate Winner”) may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winners will be notified via email or direct message.
- Prizes will be sent within 90 days of the drawing, pending receipt of the Winner’s mailing address.
- Failure to respond within 48 hours, violation of these rules, or undeliverable notifications will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
5. PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

- Odds of Winning: Depend on the number of Qualified Entries received.
- Additional Details:
- No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion for a prize of comparable value.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Sponsor provides no warranty or guarantee regarding prize quality, fitness, or operation.
6. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winner or Alternate Winner for:
- Inaccurate personal or contact information.
- Undeliverable notifications.
- Conduct detrimental to the Sweepstakes, including tampering, violating rules, or submitting inappropriate content.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for, and disclaim liability for:
- Incorrect or inaccurate information.
- Technical difficulties, malfunctions, or interruptions.
- Bugs, viruses, or malicious attacks.
- Typographical, network, mechanical, or electronic errors.
- Lost, incomplete, late, misdirected, or stolen entries.
- Unauthorized human or mechanical intervention.
- Prizes, including defects or misuse.
Everything provided to Participants is “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. RELEASE
By entering, you agree to:
- Accept and abide by these Official Rules.
- Release Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages.
- Waive claims against Released Parties for prize acceptance, possession, misuse, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
In the event of a Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), Sponsor may abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes at its discretion.
9. DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION; JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New York County, New York.
- Waiver of Jury Trial: You waive your right to a jury trial.
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved individually, not as a class action.
- Claim Deadline: Claims must be filed within one (1) year or are forever barred.
If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes will be governed by New York law in state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable costs, including attorney’s fees.
10. WINNER’S LIST
For the Winner’s name, email marketing@myfitnesspal.com within 60 days of the Entry Period’s end. Limit one (1) request per email address.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s privacy policy regarding the use of personal information collected during the Sweepstakes.
12. MYFITNESSPAL’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The MyFitnessPal Terms and Conditions of Use are incorporated into these Official Rules.
