Darius Khambata quits Tata Trusts, calls Tata Sons Chandrasekaran board vote ‘a day that will live in infamy’ | Today’s news

Khambata’s tenure in SDTT and SRTT, which owns 27.98% and 23.56% in Tata Sons, ends this week. With his departure, SDTT will have five trustees, while SRTT will have four. Apart from Noel, Srinivasan and Singh, the other three trustees of SDTT include Noel’s son Neville Tata and ex The Titan Company CEO Bhaskar Bhatt. The four trustees of SRTT are Noel, Srinivasan, Pune businessman and philanthropist Jehangir HC Jehangir and Jimmy Tata.
