The Patel Ankita was looking forward to the opening of her new life in the UK with her husband, with whom she spent 12 days after a wedding in December last year.
Thursday’s deadly accident broke all dreams and the hopes for a happy future with her on board the unfortunate Air India aircraft in London, which killed 265 people and left a trail of destruction and sad families.
The Ankita has been busy with the completion of the visa process in the last six months and has been ready to join her husband, Vasant (30), which operates a business in the UK.
The patel family, who comes from Mehsany in Gujarat, was enthusiastic for a couple. The Ankit’s parents, her brothers and the vasant sisters came to the airport to see her.
“We went to Mehsany after boarding the plane,” said Asshaben’s sister -in -law ashaben patel when she expected her remnants to BJ Medical College.
“When we learned about the plane, we did not cover even half the distance and hurried back,” said her other sister -in -law gayatri patel.
The couple married on December 14th. Mr. Vasant went to Great Britain and promised to join him soon.
Mr. Vasant has now returned to India to gather his deadly remains instead of having a happy meeting at Gatwick airport with her.
The family is waiting for the match for the DNA with the brother. “He’s very desperate,” said Mrs. Gayatri, who was visibly upset.
