Abhijeet Dipke detained before Lehra Do Tiranga march
According to ANI, Dipke was detained after he left the residence of NCP-SCP spokesperson Anish Gawande. A police official informed the founder of CJP, “We will put you in preventive custody. Section 163 is applicable in Connaught Place. You are detained…”
Earlier, the New Delhi district had issued a notice under the Delhi Police Act directing Abhijeet Dipke not to visit Central Park in view of the restrictions imposed under Section 163.

More than 20 Delhi Police officers visited Dipke’s residence in Jhandewalan and served him a notice directing him to refrain from any act that violates or threatens the rights of citizens, traders, commuters and patients in the area.

All the rules laid down in the Flag Code have been notified and are available in the public domain. In fact, we would have accepted any post from an Indian citizen on the social network of hoisting the national flag.
