National Child Rights Commission Guidelines now on Keralam State panel website

The guidelines issued by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights on Standard Operating Procedures in connection with child-related matters will now be available on the website of the Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.

Child Friendly Guidelines on Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012; Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015; The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009; Cyber ​​security and the protection of street children are included in the website.

Those who work with children and childcare facilities should strictly follow the guidelines, the commission said in a statement.
