The Telelangana High Court issued a notification of the Palacurt Party Party of the H. Jhansi Laxmi’s constituency to explain its attitude over a written petition in which she was accused of violating FEMA by purchasing agricultural land, albeit by US citizens.
The petitioner P. Damoder Reddy, the Illenda Wardhannapet in Warangal District, said Jhansi Reddy and her husband Rajender Reddy, also a US citizen, also bought 75 acres of agricultural land in the Mahbubabad district. This transaction was carried out in violation of FEMA rules, the petitioner said.
The CV Baskar Reddy, who in the first week heard the petitioner’s claim in May, ordered the authorities of the Directorate for the enforcement of the right to explain their attitude to the petitioner’s statement that they had not begun against Jhansi Reddy and her husband. Jhansi Reddy is the father -in -law of Palakurty Mla Yashaswini Reddy. The thing was sent by June 19 for another hearing.
