The Indian men’s football team produced a spirited performance in Bengaluru to hold 44th-ranked Panama to a 1-1 draw, a result that will take a lot of encouragement from Khalid Jamil and his young squad. The Blue Tigers, who are ranked 138th in the world, showed plenty of fight against the much taller opposition, refusing to be overwhelmed by the new look and securing a memorable result at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium.
