The suspicious forfeiture of standard operational procedures could trigger a deadly explosion in the Premier Explosives Limited in the village of Katepalli in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Tuesday evening, the higher officials of the Terlangana factory said. The explosion killed three workers and left at least six other injured, five of whom remain in critical condition.

The status of five injured workers remains critical because they undergo treatment in the Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad.
