This time the IPL Disciplinary Committee acted even more tightly and slapped 50% of the fine (3.75,000 Rs) and gave him the second offense of level 1. Rathi’s Demerit points now stands for three seasons.
Overall, the young spinner has so far fined 5.62 500 R for its controversial celebrations.

Despite growing fines and warning, Rathi seems to fail and adheres to the celebrations that have now become his signature. While the T20 cricket supports passion and excitement, the IPL explained that the celebrations must not be convinced.
