Ashish Chatterjee appointed MD CMRL

The Tamil Nadu government has appointed Ashish Chatterjee, who is currently on the Central Delegation, as the Chief Secretary/Managing Director of Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) on his return.

A government order to this effect was issued by Chief Secretary M. Sai Kumar. According to the order, Mr. Chatterjee will replace MA Siddique, Additional Principal Secretary, Finance, who was holding the additional post of Managing Director, Chennai Metro Rail Limited.
