Death Anniversary Tribute to APJ Abdul Kalam

Political leaders in Andhra Pradesh on Monday paid tributes to former president and Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam on his death anniversary, recalling his contributions to science, technology and nation-building.

In a post on X, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu described Dr. Kalama as the “Missile Man of India” whose scientific achievements won the country worldwide recognition. He said that the simplicity, integrity and humanitarian outlook of Dr. Kalam won him the affection of the people across the country and made him the “People’s President”. Mr Naidu paid tribute to the former President and said his legacy would continue to inspire generations.

YSR Congress Party President and former YS Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, in a post on X, described Dr. Kalam as an inspiring visionary whose contributions to science and technology will continue to motivate generations. He said that the vision of Dr. Kalama for the development of India and his values ​​will remain a guiding force for the nation.

Bharatiya Janata Party Andhra Pradesh President PVN Madhav, in a post on X, paid tribute to the former president and said that the unwavering faith of Dr. Kalam in the power of youth and his vision of a developed India continue to inspire people. He said the scientist-statesman’s ideals and dedication to national progress would remain relevant for generations to come.
