Education is the golden path to success, says SP of PTM in Ramagiri

Sri Sathya Sai District Superintendent of Police S. Satish Kumar on Friday (July 24, 2026) appealed to students, parents and teachers to prioritize education and social values. He was addressing the Mega Parent Teacher Meet at Mahatma Jyotirao Phule BC Girls Welfare High School in Ramagiri.

Satish Kumar, who graduated with a golden path to success, said that academic excellence must be accompanied by discipline, integrity and social responsibility. “Students should stay away from disputes rooted in caste, religion and politics and instead focus on building meaningful and successful lives,” the SP said.

Sharing his experiences, the SP emphasized that persistence and dedication to learning enabled him to rise to the rank of an IPS officer despite his parents only having a basic education.

SP emphasized the importance of creating a calm home environment for children. He stated that parents and teachers should share the responsibility of building children’s character and self-esteem.

He further urged parents and teachers to join a larger awareness campaign about the POCSO and “Good Touch-Bad Touch” Act.
