BY Raghavendra, Shivamogga MP, has invited former minister KS Eshwarappa to the BSY Abhimanotsava to be held at Chitradurga on Saturday.
Mr. Raghavendra said on his social media account that he met Eshwarappa and offered him an invite to the program.
Mr. Yediyurappa and Mr. Eshwarappa have been associates in the BJP for decades. Both worked as chairmen of the party’s state unit and were cabinet colleagues whenever the party came to power.
Mr. Eshwarappa was expelled from the BJP in 2024 as he contested as an independent candidate for the Shivamogga Lok Sabha constituency against the party’s official candidate, BY Raghavendra.
