South Central Railway (SCR) on Friday introduced AI-based passenger information assistants ‘Bholu Mini’ and ‘Bholu Max’, one deployed at Malkajgiri railway station and the other at Kacheguda railway station.
The advanced interactive inquiry system was demonstrated live at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad in the presence of General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and DRM-Hyderabad Santosh Kumar Verma. Bholu AI assistants were conceptualized, designed and developed in-house, including software coding, by Senior Divisional Business Manager (Hyderabad Division) Anirudh Pamar.
