India and New Zealand will sign a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) on Monday (April 27, 2026) that will eliminate tariffs on 100% of India’s exports to New Zealand and either sharply reduce or eliminate tariffs on 95% of current New Zealand imports.
Trade Minister Piyush Goyal took to social media on Saturday (April 25, 2026) to welcome Todd McClay, New Zealand’s Trade and Investment Minister in New Delhi ahead of the signing of the agreement.
